In this one-of-a-kind 5-week course, ACE-approved Hoola Fit* instructor Heather Gamin facilitates space to explore the benefits of hula hoop dancing. This low-impact workout is easy on your joints. It is also a great way to tone your core muscles and improve your overall fitness. Hula hooping is a fun and creative activity that can help you reduce stress and improve your mood.
In the following classes, Heather will teach you the basics of waist hooping, bodywork, and flow art. You will learn how to connect movement, dance with your hoop, and create your own flows. By the end of the program, you will be a confident hula hoop flow artist!
